  • black and white makes it 50% more art.

  • [The ghost of train 5598](http://imgur.com/a/XcAh7)

  • Howard destination, looks like red line on the cta.

  • the red line doesnt look so nasty when photographed in black and white, nice pic

  • I appreciate that you:
-pursue the art of street photog
    -didn’t shop this
-didn’t do 56 takes of it to get it “perfect”
-are responding to nearly every positive comment
-gave it to us to admire.
    Highly cool, my man.

  • I love it, kind of haunting…

  • Black and white really suits this photo. I’d be curious to see what it looks like in color.

  • How do the angles work on this? The reflection doesn’t make sense

  • Schrodinger’s prom date.

  • But where is your reflection. Vampire

  • I just don’t understand the angles of this.

  • Some call it luck, others call it ohmygodwhatisthatgetitawayfrommeamicursednow?!

  • Nice shot

  • You’ve always been the caretaker here

  • Is this two different people? Or 1 person. If it’s 1 person doesn’t her bag seem a little weird.

  • Did you show her the picture by chance?

  • Looks like the subway is running. That is lucky

  • As a New Yorker, I’m just jealous your train showed up without crashing.

  • Amazing picture…she would love it

  • This is absolutely the photo of a lifetime. I can’t imagine that you could ever recreate this scenario with a moving train. Everything had to fall into line for this to turn out the way it did, positioning, lighting, your shutter speed, so many more. Congrats, blow it up, frame it, enter it into amateur photo contests (if you aren’t a professional) bc I truly think you may have a winner

  • Surreal

  • The Girl On The Train

  • It’s really beautiful. I always have trouble believing that the people who claimed to have taken a pic really did, but regardless, this is excellent.

    Nicely done.

  • Wow this is a great pic! It immediately reminded me of this creepy psvr game I played called ‘here they lie’.

  • Excellent pic! Great timing.

  • This is a great picture.

  • Interesting. So was the train stopped, or were you doing a burst while the train was moving? There’s a bit of blur to it, so can’t tell if it’s just focus or motion.

  • r/Chicago would appreciate

  • God, what a thing of beauty. Sleek, timeless, long in all the right places. Makes a man weak in the knees. What I would give to be inside of that all night, over and over again. Shit, I would probably pay just to be in that. I wouldn’t even mind sharing that with other people, all at once, crammed inside of that. I’d ride that so fucking hard, until I eventually got off. Oh, would I get off. And then I’d be right back inside just a moment later. Over, and over, and over again. I’ve never been more attracted to anything in my entire life.

    The girl is cute, too.

  • Miss this shot and wait 15 minutes for the next one. And of course when I’m trying to get to work.

  • Pretty sure train passes there like every 15 minutes.

  • Is this before or after the Warriors showed up and you shit yourself?

  • creepy, someone should photoshop the girl out but leave her in the window

  • Few photos on reddit are worthy. This is one.

  • Now go find the girl Reddit!

  • Luckiest photo of your life so far…

  • It’s the ghost of Zoe Barnes.

  • This is a really cool shot, but it’s bothering me that the subject isn’t in focus. The focus is partway down the side of the train. The camera probably focused on the front of the train and then the train moved by the time you took the picture. It happens, but it sucks to have an awesome shot that didn’t come out right. You can use servo for moving objects or try to focus on something stationary where you want your focus to be.

  • Prom season.

  • Damn you are looking so nice there, seems like a picture from some movie.

  • This is beautifully haunting. It definitely screams for a story to be told. Something along the lines of a woman and her fate. Waiting for the train to take her from this life to the next. When Martin Luther nailed his protest up to the church door in 1517, he may not have realized the full significance of what he was doing, but four hundred years later, thanks to him, my dear, I can wear whatever I want on my John Thomas. And Protestantism doesn’t stop at the simple condom. Oh, no! I can wear French Ticklers if I want.

  • Why were you taking a photo of a CTA train in the first place? A Project?

  • Beautiful picture!

  • Blue Line!!! Beautiful photo

  • How many times are you going to post this in just 2 days….this makes the second time

  • Colorizebot

  • Umm, I think I’m missing something. Could someone explain?

  • What city/line? Looks like the red line in Chicago.

  • This is a Red Line train to Howard.

  • You captured her ghost in the train.

  • Nope not creepy at all.

  • (It was sitting still).

  • Omg 1000% confirmed ghosts are real

  • But did you get her number? You know… to send a copy of the picture right guys?

  • Is this Grand and State street? That north bound red line to Howard makes me think this was taken at that station. Its a lot cleaner than the Chicago stop. :/

  • Creepy

  • oooh the Red Line.

    I don’t miss it.

  • I dont get it.. whats so lucky about this photo?

  • It is so nice pic.

  • After trying for hours.

  • What bands album cover is this?

  • Is it a little blurry?

  • Is that a ghost?!?! 🤤😱

  • photoshop

  • Uh, am I the only noticing that it’s not her reflection. The arm holding the bag and the bag, itself, are off. I call photoshop.

  • Spoopy
