  • I mean honestly that looks like a company that genuinely cares about why its clients stop using the service, and for every problem the client might have they propose a completely reasonable alternative. It’s not like you have to click on every button there is just to annoy yourself further, the link that says “continue” is like right fucking there. And what’s with the “terms for a new subscription”? It clearly states “terms and conditions for cancellation”, which is something that legistically speaking must exist.

    The only thing that is asshole design here is them highlighting the wrong button, instead of the one that leads the client to terminating the subscription.
