  • This has been an exciting trend for a while now among investors, see for example [Calico](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calico_(company)).

    The economic and societal potential for this is huge and expectations in this field are quite high. What is often mentioned as low hanging fruit is for example the fact that women life longer than men, the reasons why (outside of lifestyle factors and the simple fact that smaller humans tend to life longer than bigger humans) are poorly understood. Once those mechanisms are uncovered the impact could be huge. It’s expected that there’s more low hanging fruit like that.

  • I’m glad to hear that but I’m just hoping these guys have heard of SENS and will follow this approach… else it won’t be much helpful in bringing ageing under control.
