    For Filling:

    6-10 strawberries

    3 – 5 blueberries

    1/3 cup mascarpone cheese

    Egg mixture:

    2 large eggs

    1 cup of milk

    1 Tsp caramel flavoring

    1 Tbsp Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar

    Directions:

    1. Smash the berries until they’re mostly liquid and then mix with the cheese.
    2. Combine all ingredients for the egg wash (order does not matter).
    3. Butter a pan and put on medium heat. Once heated, dip bread of your choice into the egg mixture and cover both sides. Lay one slice in the pan and then cover with however much of the berry mixture as you’d like. Dip the next piece of bread and place on the rest of the sandwich in the pan.
    4. Once one side is cooked, flip it to cook the other. The sandwich is somewhat heavy, so be aware of the possible mess.
    5. Plate and eat! (Tofu bacon optional)
